Representing large diversified real estate company against the State Government of Selangor involving claims for land acquisition in the sum of RM 64 million;
Represented a C-level executive client against one of the largest Investment Bank in Malaysia and a federal statutory body in relation to a claim for employee’s contribution fund paid from employee’s incentive. Claim is in excess of RM 26 million;
Represented an international company from Shanghai, China in an arbitration matter involving breach of contract involving engineering and commissioning of plant producing sulphuric acids in the sum of RMB 6.4 million;
Successfully represented a private limited company in executing a Mareva injunction in obtaining back the money held as constructive trust arose from a lease agreement at approximately in the sum of RM 4 million;
Successfully represented a private limited engineering company in relation to a construction matter in an adjudication matter under the CIPAA Act in the sum of RM 2.5 million;
