Successfully represented a diversified boutique developer in a joint-venture contractual dispute on development land in Johor Bahru with transaction valued at RM 70 million.
Successfully represented a mechanical and engineering firm in a business defamation suit for a claim of special damages in the amount of RM 7.5 million at the Court of Appeal.
Successfully represented a large Malaysian diversified developer against a Korean marketing & advertising firm in a business alliance agreement dispute valued at RM 3.4 million.
