Mr Loo Kean Siew is the Head of Real, Estate, Commercial & Conveyancing Department. He has more than 20 years of legal experience in areas of banking, corporate, real estate, corporate advisory, conveyancing, mergers & acquisitions, employment advisory, adoption and probate & administration. He has extensive experience in executing real estate related transaction for some of the major developers and financial institutions in Malaysia.
He has acted for various corporate & individual clients in diverse industries in a broad range of real estate related matters, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial and development lands as well as commercial, industrial and residential properties and joint venture development projects. He is a keen and enthusiastic person who has the ability to interpret, draft and negotiate legal documentation in a way which provides the highest quality of service to all. He has the ability to communicate in a professional manner and present legal and commercial matters clearly to clients. He has a robust commercial outlook in solving legal issues practically and is an expert at advising on new or changes to areas of law.
Notable Accomplishments & Transactions
Representing and advising PNSB Acmar Sdn Bhd, a large diversified real estate company in a condominium development called “D’Rapport Residences” in Ampang Hilir with a gross development value in excess of RM 3.5 billion.
Represented, negotiated and advised in a structured financing in the amount of RM45 million for MBSB Bank Berhad for a high end hotel project.
Representing and advising Impiana Group (Impiana Cherating Sdn Bhd) in a resort and residential development called “Impiana Resort and Residences Cherating”, in Terengganu with a gross development value in excess of RM 400 million.
Represented and advised major developers in various areas of real estate financing and conveyancing like LBS Bina Group Berhad, Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd (Mayland), PNSB Acmar Sdn Bhd, BH Realty Sdn Bhd, Pelangi Homes Sdn Bhd, Sepadan Maju Sdn Bhd, Million Horizon Sdn Bhd and Safuan Development Sdn Bhd.
