KUALA LUMPUR – Goik Ramesh & Loo acting for Elquator Sdn Bhd, a Danish renewable energy firm, successfully obtained an interim-injunction for Elquator, and its associate companies, on its ex-parte injunction application against Elquator Purple Haze Energy Sdn Bhd to protect the infringement of its proprietary technology and trade name and trademark.

Elquator is a Danish renewable energy company that specializes in sustainable energy generation by utilizing the combined energy of sun, wind, heat and water. Their unique technology, developed in Denmark, now forms an integral part of the alternative and renewable energy sources that produce safe, reliable and increasingly clean electricity for power generation in ASEAN countries.
